As some of you may know, In the past 2 years.. my Mom and Aunt Clonda lost 4 of their 5 dogs. It has been really hard to accept.. and the healing process has been difficult. They had been debating on whether or not they would get another one... because they are just soo hard to let go of. Even though they are still not fully over the loss of their other girls... they decided it was time to get another dog. Enter Maggie!

I think her ears are completely adorable!
They rescued her from the Town Lake Animal Shelter over the weekend... and got to bring her home on Monday. Town lake has her listed as a Lab/Pit Bull mix.. but who really knows. She is such a sweet girl!! We look forward to lots of happy years with her!
