The Concrete Jungle..

..where dreams are made of!
..and I see why. This place is amazing. I am definitely going back New York.

After we set at Dulles airport for over 3 hours (due to fog in NY) we finally boarded a small plane with propellers. Not going to lie, I was a little nervous.

Luckily, the flight wasn't too long. When we arrived at LaGourdia we found our driver. He had a sign saying Ybarra and everything! If our hands weren't full we definitely would have gotten a picture of that! We headed to our hotel and along the way I just kept thinking.. OMG, I'm in NYC! This is exactly how I pictured it! As soon as we got to the hotel, we dropped our bags and hit the streets. Our first destination was FAO Schwartz. On the way there we kept stumbling upon other famous sites.

Outside the hotel.

At the end of our block was the Great American Chocolate Store

Took us a while to find FAO Schwartz, and we were standing right in front of it!
When we went in, the weather was sunny and warm, I'd say high 70's.
When we left about 30 or so minutes later, it was probably 65, hazy and the fog was rolling in.

We headed back to our hotel to grab our jackets and warmer clothes.
Then we headed back out to see the city lights at night.
