Water Day

After a fun day with the Cohens, we headed back to the south side. Since Cash had gotten a pretty good power nap, we decided to stop by Don Dario's.. where some of Diego's family were celebrating birthdays. We hardly ever see this portion of the family.. so we thought it would be nice to stop and see them for just a few minutes. After about 20/30 minutes.. we headed home and crashed out!

A Day in Fredericksburg

My mom, Aunts, Jennifer, Cash & I went to Fredericksburg today. We went for peaches, but made a day out of it. First we stopped at Wild Seed Farms. It's a plant nursery but they sell a lot of different things. It was great place for picture taking!

After leaving WSF we headed into Fredericksburg. We ate lunch at Winslow's and stopped at a bunch of different little shops.. before we left we hit up the ice cream shop ;)

Welcoming Joshua

Last Saturday I helped host a baby shower for my cousin, Jennifer. It was a nice to see all of her friends again, and as always it's good to have time with my family. I was busy with the shower, so I took, oh about two pictures... luckily, one of her friends took some really great pictures.

Surgery Day.

I'll going ahead and say it. Yesterday fucking sucked. Pardon my language, but that's just how I feel about it. After losing Richard, and then the whole Casey Anthony mess.. I'm hoping today is a better day.. because today is surgery day. Last week, while jumping into bed, superman style.. Diego ruptured his Achilles Tendon. He's been in a splint and on crutches ever since. Today he continues down the road to recovery.
