My boy turned two!

After visiting Dr. Collins for his 24 month check up, we spent the day outside in the backyard. After we got cleaned up, we headed to Gattitown for dinner with Granny, Aunt Clonda, Uncle Pumpkin, Mimi & Uncle David! What an awesome turn out for a Thursday night dinner party! It was so much fun, Cash walked away with a lot of loot from the games and some fun presents as well!

New Floors

We finally.. finally.. finally got the carpet ripped out of our bedrooms. We continued with the same laminate flooring that is in our living room. It feels so much better to have all that dirt, cat fur, and cat dander out of here. Here are a few not so great pictures.

Even with all the hammering and bagging, baby boy found a way to take a nap.

Blue & Brown Wreath

I fell in love with these wreaths the moment that I started seeing them everywhere on Pinterest. A lady on Etsy, Nicole Franke makes the best ones. She even does weddings with nothing but felt flowers. I love them all so much! This was my first one. Choosing the colors is the hardest part!

Rainbow

Lately, Cash has been asking to paint. I let him make messy mud paintings, but sometimes I want him to make a real picture. So, with a lot of my help.. and even more of my patients we completed this awesome paper plate rainbow.

* There may or may not have been a baby stool thrown by a certain almost two year old during the making of this project.

DIY Bird Feeder

When Pinterest entered my life, a creative spark was ignited inside me once again. Cash & I have been making a lot of different things. One of the first was this bird feeder.

Sadly, the birds did not eat from our bird feeder. :o/
